Golden Rod Bassmasters celebrated it's season in grand style with family friends and guests.  The festive evening featured awards to members, Top 6 anglers (2nd-Richard Johnson; 3rd-Roy Hurst; 4th-Ron Douglas; 5th-Darryl Witherspoon; 6th Anthony Mostella) including  "Angler of the Year"  Matthew Hurst.  In addition to hoisting this years' Crystal, Hurst took home Big fish of the Year and "Angler of the Year" championship belt. Mrs. Tanisha Hurst was recognized for her support, commitment and participation in helping bring home a championship for Mr. Matthew Hurst.  Anthony Mostella claimed the coveted Golden Rod Award.  Darryl Witherspoon took home the  "Big Spotted Bass of the Year" award, and Eddie. L Hill3rd was recognized for 23 years of service to Golden Rod Bassmasters. Guest  enjoyed  an ambient evening of games, prizes, fellowship and yes an awesome meal.
