Cane  Creek- Cherokee Al.

Goldenrod's elite showed up in full force at the second of three stops along the famed Tennessee River chasing contingency and an AOY title run.

The road to title town is a marathon of peaks and valleys. To have a chance at title, an angler has to take advantage every opportunity to put fish on the weigh in scales no matter the circumstance or condition.  EVERY FISH COUNTS.  Stop two is a great example of how things can change in the blink of an eye. In this case ..oh what a difference a day makes.

The shake up in the Goldenrod AOY continued when third place contender Matthew Hurst commenced an epic BEAT down with a 5 fish limit weighing 16.09 including a 5.09 kicker to hoist the first place trophy at Pickwick  and take control of the Goldenrod's AOY race. Hurst worked his isolated cover pattern nearly to perfection. The final results were:

2. Roy Hurst -13.09

3.Eddie Hill-9.05

4.Vincent Medlock-8.08

5.Steven Turner-6.13

6.Jackie Price-6.03
